GTS Class Race #1 for the Pirelli World Challenge (PWC) at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park was held Saturday morning under overcast skies. Kurt Rezzetano in the #37 Phoenix American Motorsports Ford Mustang won the race after 29 laps. Second went to Max Riddle in the #07 TRG-AMR Aston Martin Vantage GT4, and third went to Jack Baldwin in the #73 GTSport Racing Porsche Cayman S. Hope you like the photos.
Max Riddle in the #07 TRG-AMR Aston Martin Vantage GT4 led the GTS field through Turn 1 during the opening lap.
Early in the race the #33 Capaldi Racing Ford Boss 302 driven by Dan Martinson had mechanical issues and needed to pull to the side of the track.

Down the Turn 1 to 2 straight with Nick Esayian in the #34 Capaldi Racing Aston Martin Vantage GT4.
As the race progressed, I worked my way up Turn 1 onto the front straight. Down Turn 1 with Andy Lee in the #20 BestIT Racing Chevrolet Camaro.
Into Turn 1 with Max Riddle in the #07 TRG-AMR Aston Martin Vantage GT4 who placed second.
On the front straight with Jack Baldwin in the #73 GTSport Racing Porsche Cayman S who placed third.
Along the front straight with Lou Gigliotti in the #28 LG Motorsports Aston Martin Vantage GT4.
First place went to Kurt Rezzetano in the #37 Phoenix American Motorsports Ford Mustang.
