For the afternoon qualifying session went to the Turn 1 to 2 complex to shoot the cars as they speed down the front straight, into Turn 1, then up through the hill straight into Turn 2. This is a great spot to see IndyCars navigate elevation changes at the track. During the end of the qualifying session, walked over to the pit area to get photos of Will Power, who took pole position with a time of 01:08.3120 at an average speed of 121 mph, driving the #12 Team Penske. Hope you like the photos.
